Reviews and Ratings
This campsite is a gem for families, offering a great layout with tent sites close to both the playground and beach access. The facilities are excellent, especially the clean amenities block and the availability of campfires, which really enhances the camping experience. While the site can be busy during peak times, it remains quiet at night, making it perfect for relaxation. It is well-located near shops, but the price for firepits and firewood could be a bit more affordable.
Our camping experience at Cowes Foreshore Tourist Park was fantastic, despite some initial weather challenges. The beach access was amazing, and the facilities, including hot showers and clean amenities, made our stay enjoyable. However, we faced a significant issue with the no fire policy, which was poorly communicated and impacted our plans. Overall, it's a lovely spot for families or those just looking to unwind, but be aware of potential changes in facilities.
Our stay at Cowes Foreshore Tourist Park was a memorable adventure despite the unpredictable weather. The beach access was fantastic, and the amenities provided added to our camping experience. However, our experience with customer service was less than ideal, as we faced issues with our booking and encountered a rude manager. Overall, the park is great for families looking to relax, but the service could use some improvement.
Our stay at the park was a mix of highs and lows. The location was incredible, with beach views right from our caravan which made for a fantastic family-friendly environment. However, our experience was overshadowed by the rude behavior of one of the staff members, which left a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable trip.
I had a mixed experience at this park. On one hand, the amenities were fantastic with a great focus on family-friendly activities and beach access. The cleanliness and facilities exceeded my expectations, making it a solid choice for first-time campers. However, our group's experience was marred by the early noise curfew and some basic amenities not working properly.
